Colop text plate
Your device works, but your text is no longer up to date? Opt for a spare text plate, do not throw away a stamp that can still be used!
Change of address, collaborator name, telephone number or even to correct an error... The text plate (also called gum or rubber) is a component that can be changed without having to throw away or order a new stamp complete.
A real economical and ecological solution!
To find out if you can still use your stamp, just ask yourself one question, is it still working properly?
What do we mean by working properly? If your imprint is a little pale, your ink cartridge is worn or dry, for this we have a solution... You will receive a new ink cartridge with your new plate. The most important thing is to make sure that the mechanism is still functional. The downward movement must be smooth. If this condition is positive, then yes, you can order a new text plate + ink cartridge to breathe new life into your stamp!
How to choose your new text plate + ink cartridge?
You must know the reference of the stamp on which you will stick your new personalized eraser.
The Colop reference is made up of the word Printer or Expert + of 2 or 4 digits (Printer 20 or Expert 3100 for example) and is most often found on the front of the box.
To change the text plate, press on the frame of your stamp then lock it with the button on the sides (or front) of the case.
Then dab or wipe the rubber already in place before peeling it off. Finally, place the new plate by first peeling off the seal protecting the glue.
You are now ready to personalize and order your new text plate!
