Fast drying speciality ink - #191

Information :
The modern ink #191 is suitable for almost all non-porous surfaces. It dries fast on these materials,
but stays moist and fresh on the pad for weeks. Ink #191 can also be used in a self inker with felt pad.
Not suitable for PE / PP.
